Food is very important for health, so we need to choose what we eat well . I prefer vegetarian food, as it helps us to keep the healthy body . Fats of animal meat increased by 40 percent more likely to have cancer also increase the risk of heart disease and many other diseases as stroke, obesity, appendicitis, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, etc.

I cook my own food, since I am a vegetarian I had to learn many dishes and as most of my friends and family eat meat , I have to handle it alone , so I'm not going to restaurants, or less fast food places , I think foods that are harmful to our bodies and especially worsen the health of children , but sometimes, when I drink beer with my friends many consumer chips and other not so healthy foods.
My favorite food is " tamales " , typical Chilean dish made from corn, onions and secret spices , as well as being accompanied by a " Chilean salad ." I think I could eat this meal everyday.
Paradoxically the food I hate most are the tamales with sugar, is impossible for me to eat my favorite dish sweet.

It would be very important for children to start cooking from small and learn to be independent, to know the foods not to abuse their parents to lunch .

I have several friends that could be called "best friends", but this time I would talk to Andres Figueroa, he is a great artist and a great person, we met in the world of photography, I was his assistant for many years in art reproductions, photo montages, advertising campaigns and the development of his art. In all those years we traveled to many places, met many people and live many intense moments, some sad and complicated, but almost always were happy moments, where we learned many things. We share a love of creativity, art, taste the cuisine and special attention to social, political and spiritual humanity is living today. We like to exchange music, movies, talk about our art work and the work of other artists. We differentiate some things, Andres is much neater and analytical, I'm messy and impetuous, but these differences do we discuss our views complementing and developing ourselves in what we do, so we never fight and we live a beautiful friendship.

We are working on a project together, the idea is to combine visual arts with photography. The subject is photographing people sleeping in public transport buses and use them as part of these video recordings of the tours will be a good experience.

My Weekend

my weekend was beautiful, plenty of rest by the pool and invite some friends and friends share a moment, then went out to dance and party was great, I met many people and was able to share with people who lived through very different from mine. 

The domigo study a little and I had a day of family reunion because my sister was birthday jajjaja lots of fun, I went to my parents house and shared with my little cousins​​. At night I went out to travel by bicycle aimlessly, get home from david, a very old friend, we've known since childhood and went out to have a beer and laugh a while through the streets of the neighborhood.

I love Tool music, I never liked the metal music, but I tool is different from the norm, gradually transformed into a spiritual music. Tool is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1990, the group's line-up has included drummer Danny Carey, guitarist Adam Jones, and vocalist Maynard James Keenan (my favorite member ).

Their efforts to unify musical experimentation, visual arts, and a message of personal evolution continued with Lateralus (2001) and the most recent album, 10,000 Days (2006), despite being catalogued in the progressive rock, psychedelic rock and art rock, but I call it transcendental hymns.

My Favorite song is Lateralus, is a song about the perfection of the universe and the spiral of life, the song is made with the metric fibonacci, time of the song, the composition of the musical notes are all governed by this metric system.

Tool is a wonderful band, now 2014, this year will release new album. 

I love would to visit Iceland

 I love would to visit Iceland, not only because two of my favorite artists were born there such as Bjork or the side post / Rock Sigur Ros if not for his landscapes are drawn from fantasy stories, as if they lived elves , fairies , gnomes , powerful wizards, etc. . In this dreamscape where 331 000 inhabitants living in an area of 103 000 km ², people know and live in small towns , there are free health and education, it dosen have in army, as well as having a comfortable life financially.

This photograph was taken by me in March of 2012, this photograph is part of a research project. On a field trip to Constitution Square, commissioned by the workshop of artistic practices in public space, I realized that the monument of Portales had a bullet hole in his left cheek, which coincides with the story that at the time of Diego Portales shot was shot in his left cheek, leaving a hole in the skull, particularity that allowed this was recognized when his remains were found in the cathedral of Santiago. This special "scar" is perpetuated by "chance" on the monument after the heavy attacks that took place during the coup of September 11, 1973.

 

I like this photo for its historical content and closely captures a detail that is not visible from the common perspective of citizens, bringing this historical anecdote and showing as the history of Chile is full of contradictions and paradoxes.

"In to the Wild” is one American Film scripted and directed by Sean Penn launched in 2007 and it is based on the book by Jon Krakauer wrote the 1996. The movie is starring for Emilie Hirsch, William Hurt, Marcia Gay Harden and Catherine Keener.

It tells the story of Christopher Mc Candless a young American who, after finishing his undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta , Georgia, decided to leave the company due to the set of practices and customs in 1990 entailed lifestyle in which cryo . Family problems that led to the rupture of bond to his parents and his taste for naturalist and existentialist reading led him to decide to become a traveller.

I like this movie because I identify with the protagonist, the love of the route, for natur, for music, for books (read Leon Tolstoy and Henry David Thoreau), choose life that you need regardless of the social canons.
