Food is very important for health, so we need to choose what we eat well . I prefer vegetarian food, as it helps us to keep the healthy body . Fats of animal meat increased by 40 percent more likely to have cancer also increase the risk of heart disease and many other diseases as stroke, obesity, appendicitis, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, etc.

I cook my own food, since I am a vegetarian I had to learn many dishes and as most of my friends and family eat meat , I have to handle it alone , so I'm not going to restaurants, or less fast food places , I think foods that are harmful to our bodies and especially worsen the health of children , but sometimes, when I drink beer with my friends many consumer chips and other not so healthy foods.
My favorite food is " tamales " , typical Chilean dish made from corn, onions and secret spices , as well as being accompanied by a " Chilean salad ." I think I could eat this meal everyday.
Paradoxically the food I hate most are the tamales with sugar, is impossible for me to eat my favorite dish sweet.

It would be very important for children to start cooking from small and learn to be independent, to know the foods not to abuse their parents to lunch .
